Deborah Retreats – Guest Summary

We’re so glad you’re considering joining us. Here’s what you need to know in simple terms:

Booking & Payments

A 25% deposit secures your place.

The balance is due within 30 days of booking.

If you book less than 30 days before the retreat, full payment is required at booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, we’ll refund your balance (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat are non-refundable, however you may reschedule to a future retreat date (subject to availability) or transfer your place to another guest by letting us know at least 14 days before the retreat.

Accommodation & Meals

Choose shared or private rooms when booking.

All meals are included. Please share dietary needs at least 2 weeks before the retreat.

Retreat Atmosphere

We ask all guests to honour the Christ-centred environment with respect, kindness, and confidentiality.

Alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

Photos & Privacy

Photos may be taken for ministry purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.
